About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Estimator with proven experience from the interior and exhibition industry. Based in Sector-143B, Noida (adjacent to Noida Sector 143 Metro Station), you will help us price exhibition stands, trade show booths, custom displays, and event-related projects accurately and competitively. If you enjoy working with drawings, vendor inputs, and production knowledge—while meeting deadlines—this role is built for you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for exhibition stands using client briefs, drawings, and specifications.
• Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers, contractors, and production teams.
• Create client quotations and cost breakdowns within defined timelines.
• Ensure estimates align with scope, quality expectations, and project scheduling constraints.
• Support profitable pricing by comparing options across fabrication techniques and material choices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in cost estimation for exhibitions, fit-out, events, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of exhibition stand fabrication, including carpentry, metal works, graphics, lighting, AV, and installation processes.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver outputs under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in quotation preparation, cost breakup documentation, and vendor coordination.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy in estimating assumptions.
