Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Design, develop and enhance custom software solutions across systems or applications, using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

What you'll do

• Design, code, test and refine software components and modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
• Document software designs, processes, and code to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
• Contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Python frameworks.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
• Proficiency in Java (Programming Language) and MySQL.
