Custom Software Engineer responsible for designing, coding, and enhancing tailored software components across systems and applications. The role follows modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and develop custom software solutions and components within systems or applications.
• Enhance and improve software elements to meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead process improvement efforts to enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members and support their integration and growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align on project goals and deliverables.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in DevOps.
• Proficiency in DevOps.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Ability to monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
• Skilled in scripting and configuration management.
