Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Design, code and enhance custom software components across systems or applications, using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in GCP - Vertex AI.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in GCP - Vertex AI.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python (Programming Language).
• Experience with DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based machine learning platforms and their integration within software solutions.
• Experience in designing and deploying scalable AI models using cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools to support continuous integration and deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance of AI-driven applications in production environments.
