Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements, collaborating across teams to deliver solutions that function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the team's application work.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements while adhering to software development best practices.

What you'll need

• 15 years of full-time education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in React.js.
• Proficiency in React.js.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies to ensure code quality.
