Custom Software Engineering Lead

Overview

Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery, and setting development standards to ensure code quality, scalability and performance aligned to business objectives.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and delivery timelines.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
• Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
• Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions.
• Experience in leading software development teams and managing complex projects.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges effectively within a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with software lifecycle management and quality assurance methodologies.
• 15 years full time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
