Customer Care Executive

About the Job

We are hiring a Customer Care Executive on a Contract basis to deliver exceptional customer support in an OnSite work environment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries are handled promptly, professionally, and with empathy. You’ll support smooth customer interactions through effective communication, accurate issue handling, and timely follow-ups—ultimately contributing to improved customer satisfaction and retention. Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone/chat/email with clear and professional communication.
• Provide end-to-end customer support, ensuring requests are resolved or escalated appropriately.
• Maintain high levels of customer engagement by understanding customer needs and responding effectively.
• Use basic systems to update records and track case status as per process guidelines.
• Follow BPO best practices to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to service levels.
• Identify underlying issues and apply problem-solving techniques to reach actionable outcomes.
• Demonstrate convincing skills when guiding customers through solutions or next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams for unresolved tickets and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and customer data handling standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Proven experience/exposure to Customer Care or Customer Service in a call center/BPO setup.
• Ability to engage customers positively and deliver consistent customer care.
• Demonstrated customer engagement skills and ability to explain solutions clearly.
