We are hiring a Customer Care Executive for a Full-time role with OnSite work arrangement. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication, timely issue resolution, and a positive customer experience. You will manage inbound and outbound interactions, support customers with product/service queries, and contribute to customer engagement through professional handling of calls and follow-ups. Strong command of English and Hindi and basic computer proficiency will help you maintain accurate records and deliver consistent service with a polite, confident approach.
