Job Description
About the role
We are hiring Kannada-speaking customer care executives to support our Sun Direct D2H operations. You'll handle customer inquiries, process requests, and deliver excellent service to our subscriber base in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Kannada for Sun Direct D2H subscribers
- Process subscription requests, recharges, complaints, and service modifications
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems with interaction details
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex problems to supervisors when needed
- Meet daily call targets and maintain service quality standards
What we're looking for
- Fluent Kannada speaker (verbal and written communication essential)
- Freshers welcome; prior customer service or D2H experience is a plus
- Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism
- Willing to work on-site near Punjagutta Metro Station, Nagarjuna Circle, Hyderabad
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn CRM and internal systems
Nice to have
- Prior experience in telecom, D2H, or customer support roles
- Familiarity with Sun Direct or similar DTH platforms
- Multilingual abilities (Telugu, Hindi, or English)
