Customer Programs Manager, Co-Marketing & Measurement

Overview

Customer Programs Manager (Co-Marketing & Measurement) to build and scale customer co-marketing programs with repeatable measurement and operational tooling.

What you'll do

• Own investment behind customer co-marketing programs including allocation tracking, spend pacing, agency coordination, and quarterly budget reconciliation.
• Develop and execute co-marketing plans with customers to grow Claude adoption and customer reach.
• Run always-on scaled co-marketing by co-producing creative assets with customers and amplifying via agency partners as paid campaigns.
• Define consistent criteria for selecting participating customers and coordinate with Customer Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships.
• Own the customer marketing intake process and related tooling as the system of record, including playbooks for scale.
• Define and report measurement for customer marketing impact, working with Marketing Ops and Data Science.
• Use Claude to automate, analyze, and scale operational work for the Customer Marketing team.

What you'll need

• Managed co-marketing growth or partner investment programs with reconciliation, forecasting, agency coordination, and stakeholder reporting.
• Managed agencies, developing briefs, directing work, and maintaining a quality bar for co-branded creative.
• Experience building joint marketing plans that met partner/customer goals.
• Working knowledge of demand generation and paid social, including ability to optimize campaigns.
• Experience defining program measurement and proving impact to leadership and participating customers.
• Fluency with Claude and instinct to automate, analyze, and scale work with it.

Details

• Location/work mode policy: hybrid; staff expected in an office at least 25% of the time, and at least once a month for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Travel: up to 40% for events and customer engagements.
• Annual compensation range: $255,000–$320,000 USD.
