💼 Role Overview
As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) at ZorroFit, your main role is to manage and support existing clients who have already enrolled in our programs.
This is a non-sales role, focused on building relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and helping clients stay committed to their fitness journey
You will act as a bridge between clients and the internal team (nutritionists/trainers) to ensure smooth communication and a positive experience.
📌 Responsibilities
• You will regularly follow up with existing clients through calls or messages to check their progress and provide support
• Handle client queries related to diet plans, workout routines, or program guidance by coordinating with the concerned team
• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns quickly and effectively
• Work towards client retention by motivating and encouraging them to stay consistent in their fitness journey
• Coordinate with nutritionists and trainers to resolve client issues or provide updates
• Maintain accurate client records including follow-ups, feedback, and progress in Excel or CRM tools
• Build strong and friendly relationships with clients to create a positive experience and trust
🎯 Eligibility
• Minimum qualification: Diploma or Any degree
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (training will be provided)
• Must have good communication skills in Tamil and English to interact with clients effectively
• Basic knowledge of Excel or similar tools to maintain data
• Should have a patient, empathetic, and supportive attitude while dealing with clients
