About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various communication channels and playing a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers through phone, email, and other communication channels (inbound & outbound - blend based on customer enquiry)
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on open cases
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Continuously expand your knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Demonstrated experience in a BPO or customer service role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with Tele sales and Customer Engagement techniques
- Commitment to providing exceptional Customer Satisfaction & Retention
- Proficient in Customer Service Proficiency and Customer Relationship Management
