Customer Service Executive

We’re hiring a Customer Service Executive on a Full-time basis with Remote work flexibility. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. You’ll use clear communication and a problem-solving mindset to deliver “right first time” support while maintaining accurate records and meeting service expectations. Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via email, chat, and/or phone, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Handle customer queries related to products, services, accounts, and orders with empathy and clarity.
• Troubleshoot and troubleshoot customer-reported issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction logs, notes, and case statuses in the support system.
• Follow service guidelines, quality standards, and internal processes to improve customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive consistent, accurate information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proven experience in Customer Support (or equivalent customer-facing support work).
• Basic troubleshooting skills and comfort learning new tools or systems quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple requests while meeting response and resolution targets.
• Strong time management and self-discipline to work effectively in a remote setup.
• Customer-focused attitude, ownership of cases, and commitment to quality outcomes.
