Customer Service Specialist

Overview

Serve as the interface between customers and business partners by managing customer orders, operational needs, and service solutions.

What you'll do

• Execute order entry and order fulfillment processes.
• Manage complex orders for priority and foundational customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products, applications, and service offerings.
• Build customer relationships and gather market intelligence.
• Coordinate customer account activities and resolve issues.
• Maintain service levels based on business priorities.
• Select cost-effective solutions aligned with customer requirements and company capabilities.

What you'll need

• Hold a bachelor's degree.
• Have 1–6 years of experience in similar roles.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and communication skills.
• Understand customer service and business processes.
• Know Order to Cash processes.
• Have SAP MM/SD knowledge.
• Understand exports and Incoterms.

Nice to have

• Letter of Credit knowledge.
