Customer Success Manager

Overview

Customer Success Manager (Senior) responsible for managing assigned enterprise customer relationships to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction of FourKites products.

What you'll do

• Own the overall day-to-day relationship with assigned customers, including driving usage and ensuring retention and satisfaction.
• Build trusted, strategic advisor relationships and drive continued value of products and services.
• Prepare and nurture customers for advocacy.
• Work with customers to establish goals/KPIs and help them achieve those goals.
• Facilitate quarterly Executive Business Reviews covering goals, progress, and opportunities.
• Identify and develop upsell opportunities and advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.

What you'll need

• At least 6 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management type roles with enterprise customers at a SaaS company.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in a SaaS environment.
• Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
• Drive for efficiency, problem resolution, and delivering timely, quality-focused work.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or on-site engagements.

• Night shift work required for this role.
• Location: Chennai or Remote, India.
