Customer Success Manager, DACH

Overview

Customer Success Manager (DACH/EMEA) partnering with complex enterprise customers to help them adopt and expand Anthropic’s Claude offerings across EMEA.

What you'll do

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key EMEA customer decision makers.
• Advise customers on the right Claude capabilities (API, Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code).
• Plan and drive usage growth by tracking consumption/seat adoption and realized value.
• Monitor usage patterns and address underutilization to maximize contracted commitments.
• Run lifecycle account and success plans, including Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Document and quantify customer outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to support continued investment.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to improve end-user adoption.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architect, etc.).
• Experience driving success across consumption-based and seat-based business models.
• Technical fluency to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.
• Ability to explain and demonstrate technical products to various audiences.
• Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans.
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple customer relationships.
• Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems.

Details

• Location-based hybrid policy: in-office at least 25% of the time.
• Works across time zones with US-based headquarters.
• Visa sponsorship is available (not guaranteed for every role/candidate).
• Annual compensation range: €150,000–€190,000 EUR.
