We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Your primary focus will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone (also email and chat) in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty, upsell
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on open cases
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of customer service practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns and provide comprehensive solutions
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the BPO industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address and resolve customer issues
- Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Familiarity with customer service protocols and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer engagement and relationship management
- Proficient in using relevant software and technology tools to support customer interactions
