We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team at DTDC Express Ltd. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls related to courier shipments, providing accurate information, addressing complaints, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls related to courier shipments.
• Provide accurate information regarding tracking, delivery status, and service-related queries.
• Address customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for delivery updates and issue escalation.
• Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and meet company service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior experience in customer service or BPO is preferred as mandatory.
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
