We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring our clients' satisfaction and loyalty. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive outcome
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong customer service proficiency and the ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
• Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam is a must
• Proven experience in a BPO or customer support role (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
• Excellent listening and empathy skills to understand customer needs
