We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their concerns and needs with professionalism and empathy.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support and customer engagement to address inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and effective manner
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and customer service protocols to deliver a positive customer experience
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers through active listening and problem-solving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Strong customer engagement and convincing skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with company products and services or the willingness to learn quickly
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
