Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and handle a wide range of customer inquiries and concerns
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer engagement
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inter-process communication and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and reliable information to customers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and procedures
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and communication protocols to deliver a consistent customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a customer support or customer service role, preferably in a BPO environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one of the following languages: Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam
- Proficient in customer service protocols and relationship management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
- Familiarity with chat support and telecalling experience is preferred
- Thorough knowledge about the company and its products
