About the Job

We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering a seamless and personalized experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and handle a wide range of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer engagement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inter-process communication and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and reliable information to customers
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and procedures
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and communication protocols to deliver a consistent customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer support or customer service role, preferably in a BPO environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one of the following languages: Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam
  • Proficient in customer service protocols and relationship management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Familiarity with chat support and telecalling experience is preferred
  • Thorough knowledge about the company and its products
