About the role

We're hiring a Customer Support Executive to join our remote team and manage both inbound customer inquiries and outbound lead generation calls. You'll be the voice of our brand, handling complex customer conversations with professionalism and grace while contributing to our sales pipeline through proactive outreach.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound customer support queries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Conduct outbound lead generation calls to identify and qualify potential customers with a consultative approach
• Navigate complex conversations involving escalations, complaints, or technical issues with patience and problem-solving ability
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and update customer interaction logs consistently
• Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed remote team, managing your own schedule while meeting response time commitments

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of hands-on customer support or customer service experience, preferably with domain knowledge in your industry
• Proven ability to handle both inbound support and outbound sales/lead generation activities effectively
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to remain calm and empathetic during difficult or escalated conversations
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment with flexible hours and self-motivation

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar)
• Background in a specific industry vertical (SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, etc.)
• Familiarity with call centre operations or customer success metrics
