We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for a Full-time role with OnSite work setup. In this position, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve queries and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and care. You’ll work in a BPO environment where strong communication, quick problem-solving, and service excellence are key to maintaining customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via telecalling and support channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Provide clear explanations and next steps for customer issues, using English and Hindi as needed.
• Identify customer needs, log issues in the system, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure closure.
• Follow support processes and maintain quality standards for every ticket/interaction.
• Maintain strong customer communication with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Support daily reporting and ensure data accuracy in customer records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to explain solutions clearly.
• Customer Service Proficiency and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience or comfort working in a BPO environment and handling high-volume interactions.
• Sound Telecalling skills, including appropriate call etiquette and conversation flow.
• Strong Customer Support fundamentals
• Fluency in Telugu, English, or Hindi for smooth customer communication.
