Customer Support Executive

About the role

Votiko Solutions is seeking a dedicated International Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls on our international voice process. You'll be the frontline voice of our organization, delivering prompt assistance and maintaining high service standards across time zones.

What you'll do

• Handle international customer calls with professionalism and efficiency, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in real-time
• Provide prompt customer assistance while maintaining detailed call notes and documentation for quality assurance
• Maintain professional communication standards throughout all customer interactions, ensuring brand consistency
• Achieve and exceed service quality standards including call duration targets, first-call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Support customers across multiple time zones during night shift hours, ensuring 24/7 coverage for international clients

What we're looking for

• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear articulation for international audiences
• 1+ years of customer support, call center, or voice process experience
• Ability to work night shift with consistent availability and reliability
• Strong problem-solving mindset with patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude

Nice to have

• Experience with international customer bases or multicultural communication
• Familiarity with CRM systems or call center software
• Background in technical support or specialized customer service domains
