Customer Support Executive

About the role

Votiko Solutions is hiring an International Customer Support Executive to handle inbound customer calls from global clients. You'll be the voice of our company, delivering exceptional support during night shifts while maintaining detailed customer records and resolving inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

What you'll do

• Handle international customer calls with clarity and patience, addressing inquiries and concerns in real-time
• Provide excellent customer support by listening actively, understanding customer needs, and delivering timely solutions
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a positive tone and professional demeanor
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our CRM system for continuity and quality assurance
• Meet performance targets and contribute to team KPIs while building strong customer relationships

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process or customer support role
• Fluent English communication (both spoken and written) — mandatory for handling global clients
• Comfortable with night-shift availability — this is a core requirement of the role
• Strong problem-solving skills and patience when handling difficult customer situations

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM platforms or ticketing systems
• Familiarity with multicultural customer bases
• Prior experience in a BPO or contact center environment
