Customer Support Executive

About the role

Votiko Solutions is looking for experienced International Customer Support Executives to handle inbound voice calls from global customers. You'll work nights from home across India, resolving customer queries with professionalism and delivering exceptional support that builds lasting relationships.

What you'll do

• Handle international customer calls professionally and courteously, addressing inquiries and concerns in real time
• Resolve customer queries by understanding their needs, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions
• Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed call records for quality assurance and follow-up
• Deliver consistent excellent customer support that reflects company values and exceeds expectations
• Contribute to team performance goals and participate in quality coaching sessions to continuously improve

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process or customer support roles
• Fluent English communication (mandatory) — clear pronunciation, professional tone, and ability to handle diverse accents
• Reliable laptop/desktop with stable broadband internet connection to work seamlessly from home
• Night shift availability — commitment to work assigned evening/night hours (Pan India)

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems or call centre software
• Familiarity with multiple time zones and international customer bases
• Certification in customer service or communication excellence
