CX Engineer

Overview

CX Engineer responsible for end-to-end customer experience, resolving critical technical issues, and guiding customers on deploying, scaling, and maintaining applications on the Ketch platform.

What you'll do

• Facilitate complete end-to-end customer experience.
• Oversee and run resolution of critical technical issues.
• Research, document, and prioritize customer issues using internal tools and escalation.
• Provide expert guidance to customers on deploying, scaling, and maintaining Ketch platform applications.
• Work with engineering and product teams to escalate and advocate for customer needs.
• Create knowledge base materials for operational efficiency and support community enablement.

What you'll need

• Proficient in JavaScript.
• Advanced skills building dynamic and static websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong expertise in RESTful and SOAP APIs and debugging existing API integrations.
• Ability to tailor pre-existing solutions (websites, mobile apps, integrations) to business requirements without extensive redevelopment.
• Experience modifying scripts to automate processes and enhance system efficiency.
• Adept at using Postman to test and troubleshoot APIs.
• Experience troubleshooting cross-platform mobile applications using Android Studio and Xcode.
• Leverage AI technologies (LLMs, AI agents, automation platforms) for support workflows and operational improvements.

Nice to have

• Understanding scalable distributed systems and experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Experience with DB technologies (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB) and storage technologies (Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage).
• Ability to build relationships across R&D, sales, and engineering stakeholders.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
