Data Analyst

About the role

We're hiring a Data Analyst (AI-Native) who thinks differently. You won't just write SQL queries and build dashboards—you'll leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to work smarter, faster, and uncover insights that drive real business impact. If you're already using AI daily for analysis, automation, and problem-solving, this is your role.

What you'll do

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform product and business strategy
• Write SQL queries and use Python (especially Pandas) to clean, transform, and analyze data at scale
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio that tell compelling data stories
• Use AI tools to accelerate data cleaning, visualization, reporting, and exploratory analysis—treating them as first-class collaborators in your workflow
• Partner with product and business teams to translate data into data-informed decisions and drive measurable outcomes

What we're looking for

• Strong SQL fundamentals and proven ability to write efficient, complex queries against production databases
• Solid Python skills with hands-on experience in data manipulation libraries like Pandas; comfortable writing scripts and automation
• Proficiency with Excel and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio)
• Active, daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) for analysis, coding, or problem-solving—this is non-negotiable
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or Snowflake
• Knowledge of statistics, A/B testing, or foundational machine learning concepts
• Personal data projects, open-source contributions, or a portfolio demonstrating your analytical work
