Overview
Data Analyst role focused on driving business outcomes through analytics. You’ll partner with multiple teams to define metrics, build reporting, and deliver actionable insights.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with business teams to understand priorities and analytics needs.
- Create analyses and reporting to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Visualize and communicate analytics results for stakeholder interpretation and action.
- Identify new opportunities through data analysis.
- Create, monitor, review, and analyze reports and dashboards, including root-cause analysis and issue resolution.
- Use modern AI tools (including LLMs, copilots, and workflow automation) to improve analytical productivity.
What you'll need
- Degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, math, actuarial science, economics, data science, computer science, or related.
- Master’s degree or 3+ years of professional experience working with data (e.g., dataset creation, reporting, profiling, machine learning).
- Expertise in SQL to extract data and build actionable datasets.
- Experience with Python for data processing and analytics.
- Ability to complete analyses with minimal guidance.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Redash, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline.
- Experience optimizing operational and financial performance.
- Experience in payments, financial services, banking, fintech, or BNPL.
