Job description

Overview

Data Analyst role supporting Manufacturing and Quality domains through data synthesis, dashboard visualization and executive decision support.

What you'll do

  • Extract and analyze data from various engineering systems to identify trends in Manufacturing or Quality domains.
  • Develop automated dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, QlikSense, or Looker Studio.
  • Transform raw data into high-impact PowerPoint presentations for executive-level decision-making.

What you'll need

  • Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Informatics, or Degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, or Quality Management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets/Slides).
  • Professional fluency in English and French (written and verbal).
  • Ability to pivot tasks week-to-week based on shifting project priorities.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in reporting.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL, Python, VBA, AppScript, or TypeScript to automate repetitive tasks (highly desired).
  • Exposure to Power BI, QlikSense, or Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) or MS Access for database management.

Details

  • Work schedule: Morning shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) OR CET Shift (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM / 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM).
