Data Analytics Intern

About the role

We're looking for an MBA intern to join our Founders Office and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll work on analytics projects, communicate insights to clients, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you'll do

• Analyze business data and create data analytics reports to support strategic decisions
• Communicate findings and insights to clients with excellent written and spoken English
• Prepare visualizations and dashboards to present complex data in accessible formats
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Support ad-hoc analysis and contribute to improving data processes and workflows

What we're looking for

• MBA degree (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and Excel
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English to interact with clients
• Availability for 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday at our Noida Sector 63 office
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
• Prior internship or project experience in analytics or business intelligence
