Data Engineer

Overview

Data Engineer responsible for building scalable data pipelines, transforming data into reliable assets, and supporting AI/ML initiatives.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and manage robust data pipelines in a Databricks data lake.
• Transform raw data into clean, reliable, and tested assets using SQL and dbt.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Validate model performance and support data needs for machine learning projects.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in data processing, analytics, and reporting.

What you'll need

• 1 year of professional experience in data engineering.
• Experience with data querying and scripting languages such as SQL, NoSQL, and Python/R.
• Experience building and maintaining pipelines using tools like Airflow, SQL tasks, and stored procedures.
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Hex, or Power BI.
• Experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, Cloudfront, and SQS.
• Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
