Overview

Data Engineer role within Genpact's Data Engineering practice, building and maintaining data pipelines and storage solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement data ingestion processes.
• Design and optimize data storage and retrieval solutions.
• Build and maintain ETL processes to transform and load data into data lake/warehouse.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver relevant datasets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Ensure data quality and integrity in the data pipelines.
• Research and evaluate new data technologies and tools for continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics, or Master's degree in Data Science.
• Certifications listed in the ad include Certified Data Management Professional (Riversand), Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0 and Apache Spark (Databricks Academy), Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (Microsoft), and Oracle Database 12c Certified Implementation Specialist (Oracle).
