We are hiring a Part-time Data Entry Operator for an OnSite role where you will help keep information accurate, organized, and up to date. In this position, you’ll work with internal teams to enter, verify, and maintain data across systems and spreadsheets, ensuring timely processing and high-quality outputs. Roles & Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in Excel and other computer-based tools.
• Verify information for correctness, completeness, and formatting before final submission.
• Maintain organized records by following defined data entry procedures and naming conventions.
• Perform data cleaning tasks such as correcting duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies.
• Generate simple reports and summaries using Excel functions and templates.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks while meeting quality standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors to resolve discrepancies and clarify data requirements.
• Adhere to confidentiality and safe handling of sensitive or internal information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong typing speed and accuracy for high-volume data entry work.
• Advanced Excel skills including data formatting, functions, and spreadsheet organization.
• Solid computer operating knowledge, including comfortable use of common office applications.
• Good attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage time effectively and follow step-by-step instructions.
• Basic understanding of data quality concepts (consistency, validation, and completeness).
