Data Scientist - RDT Pharma R&D

Overview

Lead IT Data Scientist responsible for architecting and delivering advanced AI/ML solutions and agentic systems for Pharma R&D in a regulated GxP environment.

What you'll do

• Architect, develop, and deploy enterprise AI/ML and agentic systems.
• Drive multiple strategic data science initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition through deployment and impact.
• Solve complex business problems using statistical modeling and generative AI.
• Design multi-agent workflows and build autonomous automation agents for clinical workflows.
• Define and execute technical roadmaps for analytics, Generative AI, and agentic AI capabilities.

What you'll need

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Bioinformatics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, or similar domains.
• Experience leading end-to-end AI/ML initiatives from ideation through production deployment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python for AI/ML and agent orchestration.
• Extensive expertise in Large Language Models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agentic AI.
• Advanced experience with RAG/GraphRAG and knowledge graphs.
