Databricks Data Scientist

Overview

Databricks Data Scientist to support client AI & Data projects with advanced analytics, machine learning, and data science solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning and statistical models using Databricks.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain datasets for modeling, experimentation, and analysis.
• Write, optimize, and maintain Python and SQL workflows for data exploration and model development.
• Use Databricks, Spark, and Delta Lake for large-scale dataset work.
• Build feature engineering workflows and model training pipelines with Databricks notebooks, workflows, and MLflow.
• Monitor deployed models for performance, drift, data quality, and operational issues.
• Translate business requirements into analytical approaches and deliver model outputs to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a relevant field.
• 3-8 years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• Strong experience with Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and transformation.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, or similar cloud-native data platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models.
• ML lifecycle experience including experiment tracking, model evaluation, model registry, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Familiarity with model serving patterns and integration of model outputs into workflows.
