Finance Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Finance Controller to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and controllership, with hands-on experience in month-end close, general ledger management, financial controls, and compliance. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities- Including Ind AS accounting.

· Prepare, review, and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.

· Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

· Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, including Ind AS, IFRS, or GAAP, as applicable.

· Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits, and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.

· Design, implement, and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and financial governance processes.

· Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting efficiency, and system effectiveness.

· Support management with financial analysis and ad hoc reporting as required.

Qualifications

· Professional qualification CA is required

· Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in controllership, accounting, financial reporting, or a similar finance role.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.

· Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally or similar platforms.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
