Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team on a Full-time, OnSite basis. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on technical support for end-user computing environments—supporting users, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining reliable desktop operations. You’ll troubleshoot Windows desktop problems, assist with computer hardware setup, and ensure that staff can work efficiently with properly configured devices and applications. Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support and Troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and common software issues.
• Diagnose, resolve, and document incidents using structured troubleshooting methods and clear communication.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware including memory, storage, and connected peripherals.
• Support Windows Desktop Applications by resolving compatibility issues, user configuration problems, and access errors.
• Perform routine checks to ensure devices remain secure, stable, and up to date according to IT guidelines.
• Support Hardware Installation tasks such as setup, cable management, device provisioning, and basic performance validation.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to escalate complex issues and confirm resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in troubleshooting end-user issues across software and hardware.
• Hands-on knowledge of Hardware components and installation best practices.
• Proficiency with Windows desktop environments and supporting Windows Desktop Applications.
• Ability to identify root causes and apply systematic fixes for common desktop failures.
• Comfort working OnSite and responding to support needs in a timely, professional manner.
• Basic understanding of IT support processes, incident documentation, and user-focused problem solving.
