Overview

Developer role within Genpact's Enterprise Application team, building and supporting scalable enterprise software solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement high-quality software solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable application solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high performance and quality.
• Implement best practices for software development and version control.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on application functionalities and usage.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and enhance application capabilities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's degree in Software Engineering.
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, Collaboration Tools, Customer Contracts, Design Thinking, Inclusion, Office 365 Deployment, Oracle Database, Personal Effectiveness, Salesforce (Software), SAP Overview, VMware AirWatch, Workday.
• Language: English, Proficient (C2).
