Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Web Analyst to support data-driven marketing initiatives by managing web analytics, tracking implementation, dashboard reporting, and campaign performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with modern analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Configure and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Build dashboards and reports using Looker Studio.
• Monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance.
• Implement and validate event, conversion, and UTM tracking.
• Ensure data accuracy across analytics platforms and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyse marketing performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams.
• Maintain analytics documentation and tracking plans.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Strong knowledge of Looker Studio and dashboard creation.
• Experience with conversion tracking, event tracking, and UTM parameters.
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and attribution models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Web Analytics, Digital Analytics, Data Analytics, or MarTech.
• Experience with marketing campaign analysis and conversion tracking.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
