Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We're hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Associate to drive user growth for Abekus — our skill-building, practice and jobs platform. This is a growth-focused, target-driven role: you own top-of-funnel acquisition and work towards monthly user-growth targets. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

What you'll do

• Own and deliver against monthly user-growth targets — bring new users onto the platform and drive referral sign-ups
• Promote Abekus's courses, competitions, jobs and skill tests to get more users active and engaged
• Create scroll-stopping social content — reels, posts, captions — across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook to pull in new users
• Grow and engage a community — online and within your own network (college, circles, study groups) — and get people signing up and taking part
• Track what's driving sign-ups and activity, and double down on what works

What we're looking for

• A genuine drive to hit and beat growth / referral targets — freshers and experienced both welcome
• A knack for creating content people actually stop to watch or read
• Resourcefulness in getting the word out — online or on the ground (e.g. promoting within your own college or community)
• Working knowledge of social media and digital marketing (coursework, internships, personal projects or prior experience all count)
• Data-friendly, ownership-driven mindset — comfortable being measured against monthly targets

Compensation & terms

• Salary: ₹15,000 per month
• Probation period: 7 days — ₹3,000 compensation provided during probation
• Full-time role with clear, measurable monthly user-growth targets

• A strong, engaged following on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube or Facebook — reach you can put to work driving sign-ups from day one
• Comfort with content tools (Canva, CapCut, or AI tools)
• A portfolio, creator page, or a community / club / society you've grown or led
