About the role
Join Bidshade as a Digital Marketing Intern and dive into the fast-paced world of mobile advertising and AdTech. You'll spend 12 months learning the industry from the ground up, executing outreach campaigns to global partners, and building the skills needed for a full-time Business Manager role. This is a hands-on, in-office position (Monday–Friday, 9 hours/day) with direct mentorship from our Singapore-based leadership team.
What you'll do
- Conduct global market research to identify potential advertisers and publishing partners in mobile gaming, e-commerce, and fintech sectors
- Execute cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and messaging platforms (Skype/Telegram) to connect with international marketing managers
- Maintain and update partner databases using CRM tools (Affise, HubSpot, Google Sheets) to track the sales pipeline and partner performance
- Leverage AI tools (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude) to research competitor strategies, summarize market trends, and support pitch development
- Draft customized partnership proposals and media kits for global clients with guidance from the team
- Monitor initial campaign delivery and performance metrics to ensure newly onboarded partners meet quality standards
What we're looking for
- High aptitude score and demonstrated digital marketing knowledge or interest
- Exceptional English communication skills—comfortable conversing with native English speakers via email, chat, and calls
- Tech-savvy mindset with familiarity in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and basic AI prompt engineering
- Hunter mentality: proactive, unafraid of cold outreach and follow-ups, and comfortable with rejection and persistence
- Ability to understand basic performance metrics (CPI, CTR, CR) and track campaign data accurately
Nice to have
- Prior experience with CRM platforms or sales pipeline management
- Familiarity with the mobile gaming, e-commerce, or fintech industries
- Experience using AI tools for research and content summarization
- Background in business development or account management
