Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing and business objectives
- Manage and optimize the company's SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Analyze and interpret data from various digital marketing channels to generate insights and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with the content team to create and curate engaging, SEO-optimized content that resonates with the target audience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to ensure efficient and effective execution of campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6-15 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management
- Proficient in Google Search Console & Sheets, Digital Strategy & Media Planning, SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing & Strategy, Online Advertising, Email Marketing, SMM - Social Media Marketing, Social Media, Social Media Marketing, SMO (Social Media Optimization), Social Media Management, Graphics Designing, Job Posting, Content Marketing, Meta Ads, Facebook ads & Google ads, and Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to optimize campaigns
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media management tools
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of digital marketing specialists
