Votiko Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to kick-start your career in SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing. This role offers real project exposure, supporting you from day one while you work on practical, campaign-driven tasks. You’ll be part of a team based in Surat with flexible work options for Gujarat-based candidates (WFO + WFH) and shifts (day/night).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support SEO execution through on-page optimization (titles, meta, content alignment) and off-page activities (link-building support).
• Assist in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns, including basic keyword and ad structure coordination.
• Handle social media day-to-day activities—posting, engagement, and content coordination as per campaign plans.
• Work with the team to improve campaign performance using reporting inputs and learning from live results.
• Maintain basic digital marketing discipline: timely updates, notes of learning, and adherence to campaign timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Open to Freshers to 1+ year experience.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO fundamentals, ad basics, social media usage).
• Preferred background: IT / Computer Science (or related interest in technology-driven marketing).
• Knowledge or exposure to On-page SEO and Off-page SEO practices.
• Comfort with learning tools used for campaign execution and performance review.
• Strong communication, willingness to work in shifts, and accountability in handling tasks.
