Digital Ops, Associate Tester

Overview

Join Thermo Fisher's PPD clinical research Digital Operations group as an Associate Tester, supporting reliable, high-quality digital solutions for decentralized platforms and applications.

What you'll do

• Review technical requirements and provide analysis on the testing approach and content being deployed in the project.
• Attend design meetings to understand technology requirements and prepare for testing solutions.
• Lead test planning, documentation, test execution, error reporting, analysis, and error verification.
• Work collaboratively among Digital and business test groups to support quality and acceptance testing.
• Conduct regression testing as needed per control guidelines.
• Support existing business applications and end user training and documentation.
• Adhere to established software development life cycle methodology and internal controls governing Change Management.

What you'll need

• High School diploma with five years relevant work experience, or equivalent experience.
• Able to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people in a comprehensible and reasonable manner.
• Able to work upright and stationary for typical working hours.
• Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency.
• Able to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities.

Nice to have

• Clinical Trial experience.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, SDLC and AI platforms.
• System testing experience with digital technology including eCOA.
• Experience with system testing and writing test documentation (including script writing).
• Experience working with IT Developers in system enhancements and new functionalities.

Details

• Location: Remote US.
• Work schedule: Standard (Mon-Fri).
• May require as-needed travel (0-20%).
• Band 5.
• Relocation assistance is NOT provided.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.
