Overview
Director of Enterprise Systems & Architecture responsible for the technical vision, architecture, and operations of enterprise systems and governed AI agent use cases across the business.
What you'll do
- Define and maintain an enterprise systems architecture roadmap across commercial, financial, and GTM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake and others).
- Own architecture documentation (topology maps, data flow diagrams, integration inventories, and ADRs) and enforce governance/review standards for system changes.
- Lead integration design and implementation across listed enterprise platforms, establishing standards and integration governance.
- Mature the governed infrastructure layer for AI agents and automated workflows (identity, API gateway, secrets management, logging, reconciliation).
- Ensure AI agent operations comply with SOX IT General Controls and data privacy requirements (GDPR/CCPA) and maintain observability/audit evidence.
- Directly manage Salesforce administration and NetSuite techno-functional teams and oversee business systems administrators/contractors.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Systems, or Platform Engineering, including ownership across multi-system environments at a public or compliance-regulated company.
- Experience deploying, monitoring, and governing AI agents or LLM-powered workflows in production (prompt versioning, agent identity management, audit logging).
- Deep experience architecting and governing Salesforce CRM environments at scale (data model design, integration patterns, access controls).
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and Snowflake from both architectural and operational perspectives.
- Experience building and operating API gateway, secrets management, and identity-based access control for automated workflows/agent systems.
- Solid understanding of SOX IT General Controls and production of control evidence in a public company environment within the last 3 years.
