Director – Enterprise Transformation Architect, DA-Central, Advisory

Overview

Lead enterprise transformation architecture and strategic advisory engagements across business transformation, cloud, data, AI and digital modernization. The role involves advising senior executives, shaping enterprise strategy and driving large-scale transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Advise CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, CEOs and business leaders.
• Lead enterprise-wide cloud, data, AI, platform and application modernization initiatives.
• Define future-state enterprise architecture visions and target operating models.
• Develop transformation strategies, investment roadmaps and business cases.
• Lead solutioning, proposals, RFP responses and strategic pursuits.
• Design enterprise data, cloud and AI transformation architectures.
• Mentor architects, consultants and emerging leaders.

What you'll need

• 10–15 years of consulting, enterprise architecture, technology transformation or strategic advisory experience.
• Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformations.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
• Strong enterprise architecture and technology strategy background.
• Experience shaping and winning complex transformation opportunities.
• Bachelor of Engineering degree.
• Enterprise architecture and enterprise business architecture skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, capital markets, wealth management or fintech.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning or enterprise AI platforms.
