Director - Front End Planning, Data Centre Development, PDS Projects

Overview

Director/Regional Front End Planning program role supporting APAC-wide program management, consultancy, and project management for critical infrastructure and data centre projects.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with global and regional scheduling and delivery teams to align efforts.
• Compile and maintain program schedules for design and construction projects.
• Produce and update templates and project pro-forma for senior management.
• Facilitate program meetings and document notes, actions, and follow-ups.
• Manage project controls in the client’s software, including stage gate deliverables and risk registers.
• Collaborate on program reporting (weekly/fortnightly/monthly and quarterly reviews).

What you'll need

• At least 15 years’ overall experience.
• At least 10 years’ critical systems experience.
• Experience with remote management.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong working knowledge of technical drawings and single line diagrams.
• Strong ability to communicate analyzed data to client and team.
