About the Job

We are actively seeking a skilled Draughtsman (GIS Mapping & AutoCAD) to join our team at our headquarters in Sector 53, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in GIS Mapping and AutoCAD drafting, with a strong background in infrastructure, utilities, or urban planning projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparation of detailed drawings, layouts, and maps using AutoCAD & GIS tools
• Digitization and georeferencing of maps, satellite imagery, and survey data
• Handling and processing GIS datasets (shapefiles, raster, CAD conversions, etc.)
• Creation of thematic maps, utility mapping, land-use maps, and infrastructure layouts
• Coordination with survey and engineering teams for data validation and updates
• Maintaining drawing standards, layers, projections, and coordinate systems
• Ensure accuracy and quality control of all drawings and GIS outputs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Drafting, Surveying, Geomatics, or Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in GIS Mapping and AutoCAD drafting
• Proficient in MS Word, Advanced Excel, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS / QGIS, Google Earth, GPS Survey Data Handling, Plex Earth
• Experience in working on projects such as Roads, Utilities, Smart City, Urban Planning, or Land Development
• Knowledge of national standards, coordinate systems, and mapping practices will be an added advantage
