About the Job

We are looking for an organized and empathetic Educational Counselor to join our team on a Full-time basis with an OnSite work arrangement. In this role, you will guide students and families through academic planning, admissions preparation, and program selection. Your ability to build trust—paired with strong counseling and communication—will help learners make confident decisions about their educational journey.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student goals, academic profiles, and learning needs.
• Present suitable courses, academic pathways, and admission requirements using clear and persuasive communication.
• Explain eligibility criteria, timelines, and processes to students and parents in a supportive manner.
• Build and maintain accurate student records, follow-ups, and counseling documentation.
• Support students with action plans, goal-setting, and next-step guidance throughout the admissions cycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead management and timely responses to inquiries.
• Continuously improve counseling quality by sharing insights, participating in training, and applying feedback.

• Basic proficiency with recordkeeping tools and reporting processes.
